The Celebrity Traitors 2026: who’s in the cast and where to see them live

Where to find this year’s big dogs, little liars and farting faithfuls when they leave the castle

Claudia Winkleman is killing again. The Celebrity Traitors is back on BBC1, with a new cast of famous folk all back-stabbing, side-eyeing and underestimating each other like their lives depend on it (which they sort of do). Only one full season deep and already an annual water-cooler staple, it just doesn’t feel like autumn until you’ve seen an A-lister awkwardly trying not to look guilty while they eat a croissant in a Scottish resort hotel. 

Last year’s winner, Alan Carr, is busy taking his latest tour around the UK throughout 2027, trading stages with 2025 alumni Joe Marler and Lucy Beaumont. Claudia, meanwhile, has leant her cloak to series-one finalist Nick Mohammed so he can host The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal, the new West End spin on the game opening at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in May 2027.

This year’s winners and losers have yet to be decided, but here’s where to find the 2026 Celebrity Traitors if and when they do make it out the castle…

Amol Rajan

Your best bet to see Amol Rajan in person is to go on University Challenge, but if you’re not a current Oxbridge student that might be tricky. The Amol Rajan Connection is due for a live podcast tour in spring 2027 though, with dates and details on his own website.

Bella Ramsey

Bella Ramsey swaps daggers for Dickens in December, joining Adjoa Andoh, Jim Broadbent, Emma Corrin, Paapa Essiedu, Matthew Macfadyen and others for a live reading of A Christmas Carol at London’s Lyric Theatre on 7 December in support of homelessness charity Crisis.

If you miss Ramsey’s Westeros days, you’ll also want to catch Game Of Thrones: The Mad King when it moves to London in 2027, telling the story of what happened just before Lyanna Mormont came into the picture. 

Professor Hannah Fry

If you think maths is boring, you haven’t heard Hannah Fry talk about it. Come Fry With Me – a live tour promising an “evening of Chance, Chaos and Questionable Decisions” is booked for a sizeable UK tour in 2027. 

Catch Fry on stage from 28 September to 31 October next year, travelling through Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Bath, Portsmouth, Manchester and London.

James Acaster

James Acaster is between tours at the moment, having just wrapped his 2026 run. There are also no Off Menu Live dates booked (probably because James is in the castle and Ed Gamble is presenting Uncloaked, before starting his own huge 2027 tour run).

James Blunt

James Blunt really needs to make it out alive, since he’s got a pretty busy 2027 lined up. His next UK run starts in Leeds on 26 March and travels through Birmingham, Newcastle, Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, London, Cardiff and Bournemouth before reaching Brighton on 8 April.

Jerry Hall

Jerry Hall is no stranger to the West End, previously starring in The Graduate and once setting a world record by appearing in six different musicals in the same night (running between Phantom Of The Opera, Les Misérables, Fame, Blood Brothers, Anything Goes and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang). She doesn’t have anything queued up at the moment, but expect that all to change once she gets a taste for murder (mysteries).  

Joanne McNally

Joanne McNally brings Pinotphile to London’s Eventim Apollo on 16 and 17 December 2026, following dates across North America and Ireland. The show is almost sold out so you’ll have to be quick if you want to get tickets, with more seats still available at her four-night Dublin run at 3Arena.

Joe Lycett

Does Joe Lycett have the best tour name of the year? Probably. Do You Really Lycett? Is It, Is It Wicked?We’re Lovin’ It, Lovin’ It, Lovin’ It, We’re Lovin’ It Lycett follows up More More More. How do you Lycett? How do you Lycett? And I’m About To Lose Control And I Think Joe Lycett. The tour (we’ll just call it that) starts in May and runs through to the end of the year.

Julie Hesmondhalgh

Julie Hesmondhalgh arrives at Claudia’s castle after a particularly good year. Her performance in James Graham’s Punch earned her the 2026 Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, while Punch itself took Best New Play.

She doesn’t currently have another acting run announced, but she has taken up a new role as Guest Curator at Oldham Coliseum Theatre, currently helping shape its 2027 programme and encouraging a pay it forward scheme to help more people get into theatre.

King Kenny

Kenny Ojuederie earned his crown via Beta Squad viral videos before moving into crossover boxing, then stepped away from the sport earlier in 2026 following an injury. His next big fight will likely therefore be around the Round Table instead of inside the ring, so boxing fans should check out other upcoming cards here. 

Leigh-Anne Pinnock

The former Little Mix star released her first solo album, My Ego Told Me To, on 20 February 2026, and followed it up with an eight-date UK and European tour in April that took in Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, London, Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin. There’s nothing announced for next year yet, but watch this space for Leigh-Anne news. 

Maya Jama

Maya Jama is possibly the hardest member of The Traitors cast to see live, since she doesn’t really do public appearances. Unless someone makes a musical out of Love Island (they will…), a play out of The Gentleman (they won’t…) or The Masked Singer Live makes a comeback (it might…), your best bet to see Maya live in 2027 is to become a paparazzi for The Sun. 

Michael Sheen

Michael Sheen has a major West End return waiting in 2027. He plays Antonio Salieri in Peter Shaffer’s Amadeus at the Noël Coward Theatre from 17 April to 7 August, opposite Callum Scott Howells as Mozart.

The 16-week run marks Sheen’s first West End appearance in 20 years. It also completes a neat circle: he previously played Mozart in Amadeus in London and on Broadway before later taking on Salieri.

Miranda Hart

Miranda Hart has stepped back from large-scale touring in recent years while managing chronic illness, but a note on her own website has been teasing a stage return for a while: “I want to be in the room with you…(not in a *mouth it* sexual way) The idea is slowly brewing – and I am getting EXCITED! I can’t wait to announce. Bear with…” Watch this space. 

Myha’la

Myha’la remains best known for shows like Industry and films including Bodies Bodies Bodies, but her career began on stage. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon, she joined a touring production of The Book Of Mormon as Nabulungi.

A West End appearance has yet to follow, so London theatre still has a Myha’la-shaped gap on its casting boards. For the moment, Ardross Castle gets her first.

Richard E. Grant

Richard E. Grant has barely had time to unpack his castle knitwear. He’s currently appearing opposite Christine Baranski in Noël Coward’s Hay Fever at Wyndham’s Theatre, where the production runs from 22 September to 12 December 2026.

Grant plays novelist David Bliss, patriarch of a household whose attempt at entertaining guests rapidly collapses into exquisitely mannered chaos. After The Celebrity Traitors, perhaps he’ll find it soothing.

Rob Beckett

Rob Beckett’s Giraffe has only just come off the road, closing in April the London Palladium in February, so we might have a bit of a wait until his next tour comes along. 

Parenting Hell hasn’t been on stage for a while now, so that might be a contender for anyone who needs a live Beckett fix, although with co-host Josh Widdicombe currently busy with Claudia’s other old job, that might take a while too.

Romesh Ranganathan

Romesh Ranganathan has one of the busiest calendars in the castle. Work-in-progress dates begin in October, followed by his new tour, Romesh Ranganathan Will Change Your Life, which starts its main run in November 2026 and stretches well into 2027.

The later arena dates include Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and two nights at The O2 on 16 and 17 April. With a whopping 71 shows currently booked, finding Romesh outside the castle should present fewer problems than finding a Traitor inside it.

Ross Kemp

Eastender, quizmaster and scourge of gangs everywhere, Ross Kemp can sometimes be found on stage – having done Shakespeare in Plymouth, panto in Wimbledon and spoken-word tours everywhere. Sadly, though, he doesn’t have anything lined up at the moment – so your best chance to get close to Kemp is to book one of his excellent and very affordable personalised video messages. 

Sebastian Croft

Sebastian Croft already had a substantial live moment this summer – appearing on Lewis Capaldi’s BST Hyde Park bill in July alongside Conan Gray and The Vaccines – so we should expect to see his name climbing more festival posters soon. 

Croft’s Heartstopper co-stars Joe Locke and Kit Connor have also recently made their own (very successful) West End debuts, so the path is clear for Croft to do the same if he has a mind to. He has got a history of playing a young Ned Stark already and Game Of Thrones: The Mad King is currently preparing to move to London… 

Sharon Rooney

Sharon Rooney began performing stand-up before My Mad Fat Diary put her on TV, with subsequent roles in Two Doors Down, Dumbo and Barbie making her an international star. 

No stand-up or stage dates have been announced, but that early comedy background should make the Round Table an interesting place to watch her work a room – and might just give Rooney her taste for killing back. Keep our Comedy Guide close for the latest UK stand-up announcements.

Want to play The Traitors yourself?

Watching famous people accuse each other of murder only scratches one particular itch. The Traitors: Live Experience gives you a chance to stab your friends in the back in Covent Garden, with missions, Round Tables, and a really nice cocktail bar.

If you’d prefer not to have to actually do the dirty work but still want to get more involved, you still have the West End. The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal brings Nick Mohammed to the Gillian Lynne Theatre as The Host from May 2027, with five different versions of the story playing out live throughout the week (and the audience deciding who gets the cloak on Saturdays). Stay tuned for dates, details and tickets.
