The Darkness announce tour dates to celebrate new album
As they announce their fifth studio album, The Darkness have confirmed 17 UK tour dates.
Frivolous and energetic rockers The Darkness return for the release of their fifth studio album in September, and have confirmed UK tour dates to celebrate.
“Now, as we all know, great news comes in twos – so rejoice children of the world, because the rock egg is soon to hatch,” vocalist Justin Hawkins announced. “In September of this annus rockabilis, and with the help of those excellent people at Cooking Vinyl, we will issue forth a fifth LP record album for your delectation.”
The Darkness originally exploded onto the rock scene with their highly regarded Permission To Land, balancing authentic rock and roll with their characteristic sense of fun. They have since released three more full-length albums, most recently 2015’s Last Of Our Kind.
