Coldplay have announced that they will be going on tour in 2016, playing stadiums in London, Manchester and Glasgow next summer.
Sat 4 June – Manchester Etihad Stadium
Tues 7 June – Glasgow Hampden Park
Thurs 16 & Sat 18 June – London Wembley Stadium
These dates are part of their Head Full Of Dreams world tour, which is the band’s first since the 2011/12 Mylo Xyloto Tour, despite the success of their last record Ghost Stories.
“I think that not going on tour with Ghost Stories was one of the best decisions we ever made, “ said front man Chris Martin “because it gave us such pent-up energy in the studio and completely reignited everyone’s desire to go around the world and play music. A Head Full Of Dreams was written as a record to be performed live. We can’t wait to do that.”
