Arcade Fire to play Hyde Park show

Arcade Fire are to play a show at London’s Hyde Park as part of British Summer Time.

The Canadian band will be joined by Wild Beasts, Future Islands, Jake Bugg and Band of Skulls for the one-off gig, which takes place on 3 July.

Their show is one of six British Summer Time concerts happening this summer in Hyde Park.

Black Sabbath will headline the following day and on the Saturday (July 5) The Libertines will play their first show since the Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2010.

McBusted will headline on 6 July, and Neil Young and Crazy Horse headline the following weekend on July 12, with Tom Jones performing on July 13.

Arcade Fire play Hyde Park, London, on 3 July, 2014. Tickets are on sale from 9am on Friday 23 May.
