Rewind Festival organisers have confirmed that they will be postponing the scheduled 2020 events, instead looking to next year for the return of the world’s biggest ’80s festival.

“We are saddened to announce that Rewind Scotland, Rewind North, and Rewind South will no longer take place this year,” organisers announce. “The health and safety of all Rewinders, the artists, staff and community will always be our top priority, and it became clear that rescheduling the festivals was unavoidable.

“We have spoken with all the artists involved and are so grateful to them and the venues, and we are excited to announce that we will be rescheduling the dates to next year.”

Rewind Scotland will now take place from 23 – 25 July 2021, followed by Rewind North from 6 – 8 August 2021 and Rewind South from 20 – 22 August 2021.

“Your tickets, parking, glamping, moorings, V.I.P, When Nature Calls, campervans, caravans etc. will all be valid for these new dates”, the statement continues.

“We look forward to seeing you all in 2021.”
