Get to know these fresh comedy acts touring the UK
These comedians are worth the hype – and coming to a venue near you
2026 is here, and if you thought that the UK’s best comedians were still dusting off the cobwebs from the holiday then you simply must be having a laugh.
There are countless brand new comedy tours about to kick off across the UK from a range of acts so dynamic and diverse that it doesn’t matter if you bring your partner or your granny, you’ll all be in stitches. With so much choice, we’ve picked some of the comedic highlights hitting the road over the next few months to help you find a new favourite.
Glenn Moore
It’s not an overstatement to call Glen Moore’s latest show mind-blowing. We were absolutely exhausted after seeing Please Sir, Glenn I Have Some Moore at the Edinburgh Fringe last summer, so rapidly does the well-spoken comic deliver joke after joke after joke that trick and fool you as they span many types of humour.
Sheng Wang
You’ve only got two nights to see Sheng Wang in the UK as he performs new material after a long old world tour of Sweet and Juicy. If you don’t know much about the Taiwanese-American stand up, he has got this chill-dude way of highlighting everyday but also slightly niche experiences that is a deadpan delight.
Sheng Wang plays Union Chapel, London, on 26 & 27 February – find tickets here
Troy Hawke
You may know him as the moustachioed matinee idol greeting shoppers outside Poundland or welcoming the Manchester City team to training, but Troy Hawke is enjoying more than just a viral moment. In his new show the debonair gentleman “explores exactly why a well-dressed man simply being nice to people has caused such a kerfuffle.” Expect compliments and salutations.
Troy Hawke is touring Never Stop, Never Change! from March onwards – find tickets here
Rachel Fairburn
After the success of her first foray into character comedy, Side Eye, the beloved Mancunian Rachel Fairburn is back with a new show that promises “new personalities and old favourites for you to love and hate”. We got to know the All Killa No Filla host better last year in our Stuck In A Lift series.
Rachel Fairburn tours her new show Vexy Beasts in October & November 2026 – find tickets here
Hannah East
Having graced our screens hosting huge sporting events such as BBC Sport Relief, the Commonwealth Games and the 2012 London Olympic Games, these days Hannah East is better known as a stand-up comedian and impressionist who will appeal particularly to mums. Her latest show, Express Yourself, explores the highs and lows of motherhood, developing on her skit style thas has become a hit on social media.

Josh Baulf
Having entered our screens five years ago on Britains Got Talent, Josh Baulf’s painfully relatable social media skits about millennial life have snowballed him to viral success and now he’s ready for a show of his own. Expect a lot of home truths on Lovely Stuff, as the funnyman dissects the quirks of everyday life in the UK.
Josh Baulf is touring Lovely Stuff until 30 April – find tickets here
Kane Brown
Loved for his raucous Rated 18 podcast, Kane Brown injects his stand-up shows with a similar level of naughtiness and unfiltered chaos that will leave you aching from laughter. On his new show Crowd Work King, audience interaction isn’t just a bit of opening filler but the whole premise. Don’t miss out on this “force of nature,” as Romesh Ranganathan calls him.

Mike Rice
With an irreverent style and a combination of edge and heart, Mike Rice creates a space where any topic is fair game. His latest show, Cruel Little Man, is sometimes joyfully, sometimes fretfully chaotic, tracking Rice through acid trips and unorthodox encounters with sausage dogs. Audiences may also know him from Mike and Vittorio’s Guide to Parenting, his highly successful podcast that tackles the issues plaguing parents today from the perspective of two men who not only don’t have children but would rather not have anything to do with fatherhood.
Mike Rice is touring Cruel Little Man until 20 March – find tickets here
Chloe Petts
Chloe Petts’ shows are pretty much always guaranteed to sell out, not least her latest, Big Naturals, which was one hot ticket at the Fringe last summer, let me tell you. Exploring the timeless triumvirate of “tits, fanny and football”, expect many outrageous anecdotes as the tour gets an extension into 2026.
Chloe Petts tours Big Naturals until 6 March – find tickets here
Stuart Mitchell
For fans of: Kevin Bridges
The Glasweigan accent is renowned for being a wee bit of a tongue-twister. Stuart Mitchell relishes his native tongue’s reputation, crafting clever wordplay with whipsmart one-liners ‘n’ pelters that saw him praised as an “internet sensation” after first appearing on Frank Skinner’s Opinionated television show back in 2010. Since then he’s racked up on 100 million views as the longest running panellist from BBC Scotland’s Breaking The News, and announced his debut national tour Tips Not Included this year. “Please go and see Stuart Mitchell.” Not our words, but the words of Will Ferrell there.
Stuart Mitchell tours Tips Not Included until 1 March – find tickets here
Thomas Green
Thomas Green – not to be confused with bonkers US comedian Tom Green – is heaps of fun. The only requirement for his live shows is that you keep up pace with the Australian funnyman’s chaotic, charismatic and tangential-as-you-like brand of comedy. Dubbed a “serious funny f**ker” by Russell Kane, there’s a method to his madness that resulted in a sell-out debut tour. Thankfully his latest show Brainstorm has been extended throughout 2026, undoubtedly setting those synapses alight.
Thomas Green will be touring Brainstorm until 28 November – find tickets here
Michael Spicer
You may recognise Michael Spicer from his The Room Next Door series, in which he splices footage of himself into painfully awkward or embarrassing political interviews, acting as if he’s Boris Johnson or Donald Trump’s political advisor reacting in real time. On Hope All’s Well, we see a new side to the Kent-based comic as he satirises current events through a variety of different sketches.
