What’s happening this May in theatre

Everything happening on the West End this May that you need to know about

In the summer, Ncuti Gatwa and Edward Bluemel star as William Shakespeare and Kit Marlowe in Liz Duffy Adam’s reimagining of the relationship between two of Britain’s greatest writers. Born With Teeth will arrive at Wyndham’s Theatre in August. In November, there’s more star power arriving – Wyndham’s Theatre assembles a very impressive cast including Bryan Cranston, Marianne Jean-Baptiste and Paapa Essiedu for a revival of Arthur Miller’s classic All My Sons.

Finally, if there’s something you’ve had your eye on for ages but haven’t secured your tickets for yet, definitely check out our May offers. We’ve got the best seats for the best prices on tons of West End favourites – find yours here.

Last chance shows

Sadly, Jonathon Bailey (of Bridgerton and Wicked fame) leaves the West End very soon after a run as the titular Richard II. There’s still time to catch his take on one of Shakespeare’s most complex kings, but hurry – the production will be playing at the Bridge Theatre until 10 May.
