Wilma’s hot picks

At the moment, Wilma has fallen for Miss Saigon, which she loves so much she has seen it five times in just six months since it returned to the West End.

Last week she was blown away by the brand new Broadway musical Memphis starring Beverley Knight and Killian Donnelly, calling the leads “two triple threats that, when combined, raise the bar of what I thought the limit to incredible was!”

She’s also a fan of the brilliantly offbeat Urinetown, which Wilma says “has something in it for everyone whether you’re 16 or 65.”

According to Wilma, “2014 has been an amazing year so far for West End theatre, with some fabulous quality shows taking to the stage”, and she should know, considering that this seer of the stage gets her hands on all the latest rumours, news and reviews before anyone else.

What’s up Wilma?

Wilma will be checking in with us every week to tell us what’s up in theatre land.

Don’t forget to drop by next week when we’ll have West End Wilma’s first news bulletin hot off the digital press.
