Strictly Come Dancing Live announced for early 2025
The nation’s favourite ballroom dancing event returns as Strictly prepares to waltz across the UK this January and February
Dust off your dancing shoes – Strictly’s live tour is returning at the start of 2025 for a run of unforgettable performances. Judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood return, joined by Motsi Mabuse in her UK tour debut, along with a soon to be announced line-up of Strictly Come Dancing’s favourite celebrity contestants and their professional partners.
Kicking off at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena on 17 January, the tour will once again be hosted by Janette Manrara, who will guide it through Sheffield, Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham before a grand finale at London’s O2. The Strictly band and singers are along for the ride, and with director Craig Revel Horwood at the helm, it all promises to be a glittering success.
“I’m thrilled to be joining my fellow TV judges Shirley, Anton and Craig on the Strictly Live Tour,” says Mabuse. “I’ve heard so much about the incredible audiences that come to the shows across the country – it will be such a joy to be part of that magic – I can’t wait for January!”
“Strictly fans are in for a huge treat on the live tour – it’s going to be bigger and better than ever before” says Horwood. “Audiences will be able to enjoy all of the glitz and glamour of the TV show and see their favourite celebrities and dancers up-close and personal. And with Motsi joining us for the first time, it’s going to be even more FAB-U-LOUS!”
The show will feature beloved routines from the TV series as well as brand new numbers, and whilst the judges will be there to offer guidance, it will be up to the audience each night to decide who gets to lift that Glitterball trophy.
