Janoskians tour: the best way to bag tickets

Janoskians have announced the next instalment of their European takeover with the Jahoo Jajaa tour later this summer. As the internet scrambles to get all the details on the tour, we have the low down on how best to prepare for when tickets come on sale.

Here are our top tips to improve your chances of bagging Janoskian tickets…

  1. Open your account and log in now

Ensure you have the basics covered before tickets go on sale by logging in and checking your Ticketmaster account ahead of time. We recommend checking passwords, delivery address and billing information now, to reduce any unnecessary stress when processing your order later on. Head to Ticketmaster.co.uk and log in to your account to get started.

  1. Do your research

Make sure you know which venue you are most interested in, and which ticket type you are planning on purchasing before they go on sale. We recommend having a bit of a pecking order of preferred tickets/venue/dates, so that if your first choice sells out, you know where to head next.

  1. Don’t refresh your screen

Lots of people log on to Ticketmaster purchase tickets at the same time when they come on sale. We advise you stick to one window when you’re waiting in the virtual queue and always resist the urge to refresh. Hitting the refresh button means you’ll lose your place in the queue and, as frustrating as it can get, patience is the only way to win this game. This is the queue page:

Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen is actually doing something and will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.

  1. Check when tickets are available

The presale

Tickets come available by the clock, so make sure you know what time the sale starts. In this case, we have a presale for the tour on Thursday 4 June at 09:00. The links to the presale will be made available in the morning via email to fans with Ticketmaster accounts who have either booked Janoskians tickets before OR selected Janoskians as a favourite artist on their Ticketmaster account, and on our Twitter account at sale time.

The general sale

Janoskians tickets go on general sale at 09:00 on Friday 5 June 2015 here. This is where you can upgrade to Meet & Greet tickets and Early Entry tickets. Make sure you have cleared your cache before you return to the ticket link at 09:00 so that you have all the relevant updates and availability for tickets and ticket types.

  1. Open the direct link to tickets

Sometimes changes are made to events just before they go on sale. Your best bet is to open the direct link to your preferred tickets as the clock hits on sale time. Direct links are the links to the date you would like to book for. For example: http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/the-janoskians-jahoo-jahaa-tour-glasgow-02-09-2015/event/36004EBDDBB68C0A

Direct links are also shared on our Twitter when we alert fans to best ticket availability – more on this below.

  1. Follow social channels when the tickets come on sale

Keep up-to-date with the latest news at Twitter.com/TicketmasterUK and Facebook.com/TicketmasterUK.

If anything changes with tickets, our social followers will be the first to hear about it. We send real time updates as the general sales happens, including any technical difficulties that might occur and alerts on when new tickets come available and directs fans to shows with best ticket availability.

  1. Don’t miss the sale on Friday

Janoskians Jahoo Jajaa 2015 tour goes on general sale across the UK on Friday 5 June at 09:00. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.co.uk.
