Things to do near Sinatra The Musical
One of the best things to do on a London day out is to stop by some of the city’s world-famous museums. Aldwych Theatre is just twelve minutes’ walk from the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery, which both contain diverse, wide-ranging collections of art from throughout history, and are a great way to spend a few hours regardless of the weather. A lesser-known gem is The Courtauld Gallery, located in beautiful Somerset House, contains works by Monet, Van Gogh and Cézanne along with many others. You’ll find it just five minutes from the theatre.
Eight minutes from the theatre is Covent Garden, which contains lots to see and do, including the Infinity Chamber, the perfect bright spot to snap a group photo. You might also want to check out nearby landmark St Martin in the Fields. This longstanding church houses a lively café in its crypt and is also a frequent host of lunchtime concerts. Tube stations and bus stops near Sinatra The Musical
The closest tube station to Aldwych Theatre is Covent Garden, just seven minutes away, which sits on the Piccadilly line. Also nearby is Holborn, on the Central and Piccadilly lines. Charing Cross is your closest National Rail station, just a ten minute walk away. It’s also on the Northern and Bakerloo lines.

Royal Festival Hall – This is the best sightseeing spot in London if you’re looking to celebrate all things Sinatra. In November 1970, this venue in the Southbank Centre hosted Sinatra’s famous charity concert, filmed as part of a BBC TV special. Footage of the event can still be found online. Sinatra was introduced by friend and colleague Princess Grace of Monaco, formerly Grace Kelly, and he of course closed out the night with ‘My Way’. Today there’s plenty to see and do at the Southbank Centre, including lots of opportunities to soak in arts and culture, and even a secret roof garden.
Cahoots Soho – With Sinatra’s story beginning in 1940s New York, a 1940s bar feels like the perfect spot to grab a drink. This underground station bar is styled as a vintage tube carriage and offers an imaginative selection of themed cocktails.
