The Great Escape Festival announces over 100 new names for 2025
The festival have also unveiled the first ever Billboard UK Live Stage with English Teacher headlining
The Great Escape, the UK’s leading festival for new music, have announced 100+ new acts on their 2025 line-up, as well as an exciting collaboration with Billboard UK.
The multi-day event will take place in Brighton from 14 – 17 May, hosting over 450 up-and-coming artists in more than 35 walkable venues around the city. Day and two-day tickets will also be available for fans who are unable to be there for the whole four days.
The new Billboard UK Live Stage will be headlined by indie outfit English Teacher, the Leeds band whose debut album This Could Be Texas won the 2024 Mercury Prize. They’re joined on the festival’s huge line-up by Welly, The Bug Club, She’s In Parties, Nxdia, Tough Cookie, Home Counties, Greg Freeman, Adult DVD, and many, many more.
Spanning everything from pop and alternative to jazz, grime and punk, The Great Escape offers an opportunity to find the next big thing in any preferred genre, gathering together some of the most exciting up-and-coming talent from both at home and overseas.
