The Great Escape 2027 reveals line-up for First Fifty launch gigs

The music industry's most exciting new artists take over London in November, including Ticketmaster New Music's very own showcase at Hackney Oslo

The Great Escape has announced the First Fifty artists for its 2027 edition, with an all-new roster of the music’s next-big-things taking over seven independent venues in Hackney, London on Thursday 12 November.

Emerging talent from the UK and beyond head to East London for one night, celebrating new sounds in some of the cities most beloved independent venues.

Ticketmaster New Music’s very own showcase is set to bring Belfast indie-fusion band Esmeralda Road, London jazz-adjacent five-piece Xanadu, psych-rock outfit Pack Of Animals, and Irish art-pop royalty Jordan Joy to Hackney Oslo.

Elsewhere, new names like Bathing Suits, Compost Compost Compost, State of Grace, Half Star, Aubory Bugg, Spanish Horses, Tesni, Simon A., Gianna, Chest., Angelface and Dumbhead will play across MOTH Club, Shacklewell Arms, Folklore, Sebright Arms, The Victoria and Paper Dress Vintage.
