Taylor Swift becomes the first artist to take all top 10 spots on the Billboard Hot 100
This is just one in a string of records that the megastar has broken with her new album, Midnights
As if Midnights hadn’t had a big enough launch already – the largest in Spotify history, as a matter of fact – Taylor Swift has just done something never achieved before in Billboard’s 64-year history. The entire top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 has been filled with tracks from Midnights, from the album’s lead single ‘Anti-Hero’ at No.1 all the way to ‘Vigilante Shit’ at No.10.
“10 out of 10 of the Hot 100??? On my 10th album??? I AM IN SHAMBLES,” tweeted Swift when the feat was announced.
The previous record for most songs in the top 10 was held by Drake, who held nine of the top spots in 2021. Taylor not only broke Drake’s record, but also became the female artist with the most top 10 songs in her career beating Madonna’s 38 with her 40. All hail Taylor Swift.
