Spice Girls reunite for Geri’s 50th birthday

Posh, Baby, Sporty and Ginger sang and danced to 'Say You'll Be There'

The Spice Girls were reunited at Geri Horner (Ginger Spice)’s 50th birthday last night, as caught on camera by David Beckham. Becks, married to Victoria (Posh Spice) uploaded a video to his Instagram of the girl band dancing together to their 1996 classic ‘Say You’ll Be There’ with a “Girl Power” animation overlaid. Watch the video below.

Horner can be seen singing along with Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) and Mel C (Sporty Spice) — Mel B (Scary Spice) could not be in attendance. “A friendship for life,” the footballing legend wrote in his caption.

The footage is sure to excite fans of the iconic pop group and any hopes of another reunion, following several optimistic comments from the Girls. Back in September, Mel C told BBC Radio 2’s Zoe Ball “We do want to do shows, they’re just not arranged yet.” Rumours of a world tour have circulated ever since their 2019 reunion.
