Ricky Gervais has added another Birmingham date to his Humanity tour

Ricky Gervais will be bringing his Humanity tour back to Birmingham on the 27 June 2017.

Currently celebrating rave reviews for his Humanity world tour, Ricky Gervais has added another Birmingham date to the UK run.

Already set to appear at the Barclaycard Arena on the 28 June 2017, he’ll now be headlining a show at the same venue the day before; the 27 June.

“Thousands of people paying hard earned cash to come and see you live is such a privilege,” Gervais announced towards the start of the year. “You’d better have something different, interesting and funny to say.

Humanity is my angriest, most honest and I think my best tour yet. It’s probably my most personal too. I feel I may as well tell you everything before I die. Hope you enjoy it. Or not. There are no refunds. Just like life, I guess.”

The extra date follows additions in London and Edinburgh, which see him take to London’s Eventim Apollo on the 12, 13 and 14 October 2017, and Edinburgh’s Playhouse on the 9 October.

Tickets for the new Birmingham date go on general sale at 10:00 on Friday 28 April 2017. Grab those, and remaining tickets for all other Humanity shows, through Ticketmaster.co.uk.
