RAYE announces headline BST Hyde Park show for 2027

Fresh from her Mercury Prize win, RAYE will take over London's Hyde Park on Saturday 10 July 2027

Last month RAYE picked up a Mercury Prize and sold out the Royal Albert Hall, this month she’s announcing plans to take over Hyde Park next summer… The South London singer-songwriter has been confirmed as the second headliner for American Express presents BST Hyde Park 2027, performing on Saturday 10 July. She joins Bon Jovi, who will play on Thursday 24 June, with more headliners and supporting artists set to be announced over the coming weeks and months.

The announcement follows another extraordinary year for RAYE, whose second album, THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE., won the 2026 Mercury Prize on 22 October. Released in March, the record also earned her a first UK No. 1 album, following the chart-topping success of single ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’ earlier in the year.

Just 24 hours after collecting her Mercury Prize in Newcastle, RAYE returned to London’s Royal Albert Hall for a special one-off performance of the album, accompanied by the Heritage Orchestra and Flames Collective.

It’s the latest chapter in an impressive few years for RAYE. Her independent debut, My 21st Century Blues, produced the No. 1 single ‘Escapism.’ and helped her make history at the 2024 BRIT Awards, where she collected a record six awards in a single night.

She’s also had a busy year on the road. Her THIS TOUR MAY CONTAIN NEW MUSIC world tour included six sold-out nights at London’s O2 Arena, followed by headline appearances at Reading & Leeds Festival in August. She’s also been joining Bruno Mars on his North American stadium tour, and is the bookie’s favourite to sing the next Bond theme…

With two successful albums and a growing reputation as one of Britain’s most accomplished live performers, RAYE’s BST Hyde Park headline show promises to be another major moment in her career.

She joins Bon Jovi, who return to the festival for the first time since headlining its inaugural edition in 2013. Further BST Hyde Park 2027 announcements are expected soon.
