Mundo Pixar Experience extends London run to January 2027
The world’s largest Pixar exhibition will now remain at Wembley Park until after Christmas
Mundo Pixar Experience is sticking around a little longer. The huge Pixar walkthrough at Wembley Park has extended its run for the final time, with visitors now able to step through the studio’s film worlds until Sunday 3 January 2027. The extension follows a sold-out summer holiday period and hundreds of thousands of visits since doors opened in February.
And when we say huge, we mean 3,500 square metres huge. The purpose-built exhibition recreates 14 Pixar universes, with 27 life-sized character sculptures dotted through environments inspired by Toy Story, Coco, Up, Cars, Finding Nemo, Inside Out and more.
The London edition also has something no previous Mundo Pixar has had: Sunnyside Daycare from Toy Story 3. The world-premiere recreation brings Jessie, Lotso and the Aliens into the exhibition, adding another stop for anyone whose Pixar allegiance still sits firmly inside Andy’s toy box. For Pixar fans young and old, the experience is pretty unmissable. Visitors can stand inside Riley’s Headquarters from Inside Out, wander through Radiator Springs from Cars and head beneath the waves into Finding Nemo’s Great Barrier Reef. Six bespoke scents have also been created for the exhibition – including freshly cut grass designed to recall Carl’s yard in Up. More than 300 people worked on the project, following 12 months of planning and a six-week installation.
