Mariah Carey has announced a UK tour just in time for Christmas

The 'Queen of Christmas' has revealed dates for her first UK tour since 2019

Mariah Carey has revealed dates for a UK tour commencing this coming November and December: she’s thawed out, and she’s coming to England.

The ‘Queen of Christmas’ teased that she intended to perform throughout the UK some months ago, and Mariah’s stuck to her word by announcing three shows in Birmingham, Manchester and London. Just in time for Christmas.

Though Mariah Carey has performed a handful of one-off dates in the UK over the past few years, this tour will mark her first consecutive run of dates on British soil since 2019. She’ll head to Utilita Arena Birmingham on Friday 27 November, then The O2 in London on Monday 30 November, and finally Co-op Live in Manchester on Wednesday 2 December.

Her 1994 single ‘All I Want For Christmas’ is one of the undisputed all-time festive greats, and has remained dear to the hearts of UK fans for over three decades. The proof is in the pudding – the Christmas song reached No.1 on the UK charts for the very first time in 2020, and has stayed in the top 5 positions every Christmas since.

Mariah is set to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with her Christmas classics, as well as her best-selling catalogue of songs (‘Fantasy’, ‘Hero’, ‘Heartbreaker’, ‘Always Be My Baby’, you name it) which have solidified Carey as one of the best-selling female artists of all time.

Now Christmas will officially get underway when Mariah arrives in the UK.
