Little Simz announces headline shows in London and Manchester
Ahead of the June release of her upcoming album, Lotus, the multidisciplinary artist and rapper has announced two huge headline shows.
Rapper, producer, curator and actor Little Simz has announced her biggest live shows to date, taking place on 16 October at Co-op Live, Manchester, and 17 October at The O2, London.
Known for her razor-sharp yet equally vulnerable lyricism, Little Simz has become a staple of British hip hop and Black British culture. As an independent artist, Simz has released projects to critical acclaim, with 2019’s Grey Area being shortlisted for the Mercury Prize, and 2021’s Sometimes I Might Be Introvert going on to win the coveted award. Little Simz has collaborated with artists across genres and borders, including Obongjayar, Gorillaz, Chronixx, Syd, Michael Kiwanuka, and more.
As an actor, Little Simz’s credits include Netflix’s Top Boy, and as a curator, Simz will programme the line-up for the 30th edition of the Southbank Centre’s Meltdown Festival. Artists performing at Little Simz’s Meltdown include The Streets, Sasha Keable, Lola Young, Ghetts and Jon Baptiste.
With her 2024 performance on Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage under her belt, Little Simz turned her focus to her 2025 release of her upcoming album, Lotus – preceded by two lead singles ‘Free’ and ‘Flood’. In support of her new album, Little Simz will perform her biggest shows to date. Tickets are on sale from 10:00, Friday 11 April 2025.
