Lewis Capaldi announces his biggest UK headline tour for 2026

The Scottish singer joins Garth Brooks at BST and announces his full summer plans for 2026

Lewis Capaldi has been unveiled as the latest name to top next year’s BST Hyde Park, stepping up as the festival’s second confirmed headliner for 2026. He’ll share billing with country behemoth Garth Brooks, who was announced last week, making up an early line-up that already feels huge (and very, very different). The Glasgow-born star is also the very first headliner confirmed for Blackweir 2026, as well as Powderham Castle, Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park and Vital in Belfast.

For Capaldi, whose honest, emotional pop has dominated both charts and streaming platforms over the past half-decade, the bookings mark another ascent into the upper tier of British live music. His last round of arena shows sold out in minutes, testament to a fanbase as loyal as it is loud. Now, BST and a bumper crop of huge summer shows gives him a platform in front of one of the UK’s biggest outdoor audiences.

Whether his tear-streaked singalongs or his tongue-in-cheek banter steals the spotlight, Capaldi looks poised to turn 2026 into his year.
