Fall Out Boy launch their new album in Heaven

Fall Out Boy celebrated the upcoming release of their new record So Much (For) Stardust with an intimate show in London's biggest LGBTQ+ club

Emo heroes Fall Out Boy returned to the capital this week for an intimate show at Heaven just ahead of the release of their eight studio album.

Fans were queuing early, stretching almost up to Embankment station, and they weren’t disappointed. A set list that would make any die-hard fan’s heart melt, Fall Out Boy covered almost their entire discography, going as far back as 2003’s Take This To Your Grave, with audience favourites such as ‘Grand Theft Autumn/Where Is Your Boy’ and ‘Chicago Is So Two Years Ago’.

Another rare live performance reared its glorious head in the shape of ‘Headfirst Into Coopertown On A Bad Bet’ off of ‘Folie à Deux’, last played in 2009 (and in Manchester the night before). All before the band sent off their devoted fans with a bulls eye hat-trick of ‘Thnks fr th Mmrs’, ‘Centuries’ and ‘Saturday’.

Looking just at home in an intimate club as they do in a 20,000 seat arena, Fall Out Boy’s album show teased their upcoming headline tour – kicking off on 27 October with special guests PVRIS and nothing, nowhere.
