Basement Jaxx announce a series of summer 2025 headline festival appearances
The electronic music duo return with what promises to be a dazzling run of festival sets
The last ten years have seen Basement Jaxx performing from behind the decks rather than out in centre stage – now, the duo have promised audiences that their high-energy headline sets are returning, with a run of festival dates for 2025.
Gaining a cult following from their first album Remedy, Basement Jaxx went from hosting mythological parties in South London to playing the Glastonbury Pyramid Stage in just a few years. Huge performances at Hyde Park and Coachella familiarised audiences with their larger than life live experience, combining their electronic roots with live guests including vocalists, musicians, MCs and even troupes of dancers to create something unforgettable. In summer 2025, the duo are ready to bring these show-stopping sets back, as they prepare for a run of huge headline sets across the UK and Ireland.
“After a few years DJing round the globe, it’ll be great to return to the live stage and the Live Show Experience,” says Basement Jaxx’s Felix Buxton. “To connect to people with life affirming energy and give people a great time.”
