Andrea Bocelli brings Romanza 30th anniversary tour to the UK in 2027
The Italian tenor will revisit his breakthrough album across four UK arenas next autumn, following a May date in Cardiff
Andrea Bocelli will return to UK arenas in autumn 2027 for four concerts celebrating the 30th anniversary of Romanza, with Birmingham, London, Manchester and Glasgow on the itinerary between 29 September and 9 October. The dates extend a busy UK year for Bocelli, who is already set for his first Welsh headline concert at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on 8 May as part of the inaugural Land of Song Festival.
Romanza changed the scale of Bocelli’s career. The record carried ‘Con Te Partirò’ around the world, alongside ‘Vivo Per Lei’ with Giorgia and the Sarah Brightman duet ‘Time To Say Goodbye’, eventually selling around 20 million copies globally. Three decades later, those songs are back at the centre of Bocelli’s live schedule, with ‘Con Te Partirò’ among the material announced for the anniversary tour.
Romanza (30th Anniversary) arrived on 25 September 2026, adding previously unseen archive photography and a previously unreleased extended version of ‘Con Te Partirò’ to the original 16-track record. A Rarities: Collectors Edition collection, featuring previously unreleased recordings and material drawn from Bocelli’s personal archive, follows later in 2026.
Bocelli has sold nearly 90 million records worldwide and passed 20 billion streams, according to his official biography. His honours include a Golden Globe and seven Classical BRITs. He has also collected seven World Music Awards, with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame among his other career markers.
“I am incredibly excited to be returning to the UK in 2027,” Bocelli said when announcing the shows. Birmingham’s Utilita Arena opens the autumn run on 29 September, followed by The O2 in London on 1 October, Co-op Live in Manchester on 5 October and Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on 9 October.
