They'll be bringing Code Orange, Power Trip and Venom Prison with them.
Celebrating the release of new album The Sin and The Sentence, Trivium have announced UK dates as part of their European tour.
The Sin and The Sentence tour sees the band reach the UK in April 2018, kicking off the celebration of the album in Bristol on the 16 April, and running through to a headline show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on the 21 April 2018.
Trivium will be joined by Code Orange on all UK dates, and Power Trip and Venom Prison throughout all their European shows (including UK dates).
“It’s time to bring The Sin and The Sentence to the UK and Europe,” Trivium announce. “One of the greatest things about headlining a tour is picking the bands to round out the bill.
Code Orange, Power Trip, and Venom Prison are not only the leading edge of the next wave of great metal acts, they are also three of our personal favourites. We are going to dive deep into our back catalogue to pair up the new tunes with some older classics and a few rarities we haven’t played in a long time. See you all very soon!”
Trivium’s latest album hit the top spot on the Billboard Top Rock Albums chart, and the Hard Rock albums chart, marking their second No.1. The record also broke into the Top 20 in the UK and Germany, securing some of the band’s highest chart positions to date.
Along with the three support bands, the Trivium UK tour is set to showcase some of the best in metal.
Here are those dates:
16 April 2018 – O2 Academy, Bristol
17 April 2018 – O2 Academy, Birmingham
19 April 2018 – O2 Academy, Glasgow
20 April 2018 – Manchester Academy, Manchester
