1. Wicked

Packed with thrilling technical wizardry, dazzling costumes, a remarkably funny and emotional story, Wicked the musical is full of winter charm. Factor in its show-stopping songs (by multi GRAMMY and Academy Award® winner Stephen Schwartz), and this “big-hearted musical extravaganza” (Time Out London) is a great treat night out.

2. Madonna

Madonna has been receiving rave reviews for her Rebel Heart tour and we can’t wait for it to hit the UK. Catch the queen of pop in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow this December. Dancing shoes are essential.

3. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Roald Dahl’s deliciously dark tale of young Charlie Bucket and the mysterious confectioner Willy Wonka comes to life in a brand new West End musical directed by Academy Award winner Sam Mendes. What’s more, this stunning musical has enough sweet ingredients to whip up the most magical winter night for all the family.

4. Disney On Ice Worlds Of Enchantment

Toy Story, Frozen, Cars and Little Mermaid all feature in Disney On Ice’s stunning Worlds of Enchantment production, which lands in the UK later this month. The 2015 tour stops in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield and London.

5. Strictly Come Dancing Live!

Our favourite dazzling dancers are gearing up to hit the road with the Strictly judges – Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli – and celebrity contestants, bringing their stunning skills to a dancefloor near you. Expect even more sparkle when you see the show live.

6. Frank Turner

It has been an eventful decade for the troubadour from Winchester who now resides in Holloway, North London. Operating a write, record, tour, repeat process since the release of his debut album, Sleep is For The Week, in 2007, Frank has become one of the country’s most cherished musicians. Catch him on tour this November.

7. Duran Duran

Duran Duran’s distinctive style and sound still feels just as electric as it did in the ’80s. Gearing up to tour in the UK this November and December, the masters of the new romantic will bring their renowned show to some of our biggest arenas. Swoon.

8. Katherine Ryan

Having been previously described as ‘dangerously fierce’, Katherine Ryan is the Canadian comedian whose no-shock attitude has earned her legions of loyal fans. You may also recognise her from appearances on BBC1’s Live at the Apollo, Let’s Dance for Comic Relief, BBC2’s Mock The Week, QI, Nevermind The Buzzcocks and C4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats. Phew.

9. NXT Live

WWE NXT is coming to the UK for the first time this December. The developmental branch of the WWE family was founded in 2013 and has since hosted a series of special events (comparable to the main roster PPVs). Its UK debut will be one to remember!

10. Cats

Don’t miss the return of the critically acclaimed, 2015 Olivier award-nominated, new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cats at the London Palladium for a strictly limited season from 23 October 2015 to 2 January 2016, starring the Queen of British soul, Beverley Knight, as Grizabella.
