The 11 best Bad Bunny songs

The DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour is coming to London in 2026, so we're rounding up the best Bunny tracks

Bad Bunny contains multitudes. The Puerto Rican powerhouse has proved time and time again that he can do it all: from heart-shattering lyrics and infectious club anthems, to cutting cultural commentary and cheeky double entendres. A genre-defying artist by nature, during his career El Conejo has moved with ease through a range of genres – always paying particular attention to honouring the rich musical heritage of his homeland.

Whether you’ve been a fan since his SoundCloud days or you’re just starting to explore his work, grab your headphones and get ready to dance, cry – or dance while crying – as we count down Bad Bunny’s best songs.

11. ‘NADIE SABE’

BAD BUNNY - NADIE SABE (Visualizer) | nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana

(nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana, 2023)

One year after Un Verano Sin Ti catapulted him into pop stardom, Bad Bunny dropped nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana. This album was Benito’s rap homecoming, with El Conejo going back to his Latin trap roots – something some of his fans had been asking for years. The first track ‘NADIE SABE’ works as a manifesto of the entire project. It’s bold, it’s braggadocious, it’s dramatic – and it’s Benito’s best album opener to date.

10. ‘TURiSTA’

BAD BUNNY - TURiSTA (Video Oficial) | DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS

(DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, 2025)

What makes DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS a great album is that it is a very multi-layered project – and ‘TURiSTA’ is the perfect example of this. On the surface, this soft bolero is just another heartbreak song from Bad Bunny. In reality, it is much more than that. In one of the album’s most political songs, the story of a fleeting romance becomes a metaphor of how foreign tourists visit Puerto Rico – blinded by its beauty, and untouched by its struggles. It’s a beautiful and poignant track, and a true masterclass in songwriting.

9. ‘Aguacero’

Bad Bunny - Aguacero (360° Visualizer) | Un Verano Sin Ti

(Un Verano Sin Ti, 2022)

Even if you are not too familiar with reggaeton, you’ll probably know that one thing this genre is particularly (in)famous for is its often very explicit lyrics. And as with every reggaetonero worthy of the name, Bad Bunny has long mastered the art of dirty talk. This is evidenced by ‘Aguacero’, in which impossibly raunchy lyrics are laid over a very sweet-sounding (and surprisingly slow, for reggaeton standards) beat, creating an irresistible mix.

8. ‘EoO’

BAD BUNNY - EoO (Visualizer) | DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS

(DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, 2025)

It is almost impossible to pick Bad Bunny’s best perreos, because most of them are just so bloody good. The reason ‘EoO’ makes the list is its throwback quality. With its signature hard hitting sound, the song is a clear homage to old school reggaeton. In the first chorus, El Conejo even included a sample of ‘Perreo Baby’ by Héctor & Tito, two of the Godfathers of el género. And yet, what made ‘EoO’ a real fan favourite is arguably the second nostalgic sample in this song. After the first verse and right before a mad beat switch, Benito samples ‘Solo de Mí’ from his debut album, another fan favourite. Right after that, Bad Bunny sings: “Mami, yo sé que tú te vuelve’ loca cuando el perreo te azota” (‘Mami, I know you go crazy when the perreo hits you’) – and we just have to agree.

7. ‘HACIENDO QUE ME AMAS’

BAD BUNNY - HACIENDO QUE ME AMAS | EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO [Visualizer]

(EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO, 2020)

From ‘Amorfoda’ to ‘RLNDT’ over ‘Si Estuviésemos Juntos’ to ‘BYE ME FUI’, Bad Bunny knows how to write a sad tune. But what is his most heartbreaking song? The title has to go to ‘HACIENDO QUE ME AMAS’ from EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO, Benito’s most experimental album to date. This track is a tale of love, loss and (ultimately) forgiveness, in which Bad Bunny details the painful realization that love is fading. Singing the chorus at the top of your lungs while ugly crying might be one of the most cathartic experiences you have ever had – try it to believe it.

6. ‘Yo Perreo Sola’

BAD BUNNY - YO PERREO SOLA | YHLQMDLG (Video Oficial)

(YHLQMDLG, 2020)

When YHLQMDLG dropped in 2020, what made ‘Yo Perreo Sola’ immediately stand out were its lyrics. A song told from the perspective of a woman that just wants to dance alone at the club, without anyone bothering her, was – and unfortunately still is – somehow surprising in a genre as rooted in machismo as reggaeton. From his fashion choices to his lyrics, El Conejo has been long-credited for actively challenging machismo in Latin music – and ‘Yo Perreo Sola’ is one of the best examples of this.

5. ‘La Romana’ feat. El Alfa

BAD BUNNY FT. EL ALFA - LA ROMANA | X100PRE (Video Oficial)

(X 100PRE, 2018)

Despite being initially identified mostly with Latin trap and reggaeton, Bad Bunny has always been a genre-defying artist. His penchant for musical exploration and unusual blends shows in ‘La Romana’, one of the most beloved tracks from his debut album, X 100PRE. The song starts with a Latin trap beat built on a sample from a classic bachata, to then unexpectedly switch halfway through to a hard dembow beat – the perfect cue note for the guest verse of El Alfa, AKA the King of Dembow.

4. ‘DtMF’

BAD BUNNY - DtMF (Visualizer) | DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS

(DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, 2025)

In his Track by Track Commentary with Apple Music, Bad Bunny stated that he would never have guessed that the title track would be the most successful song on DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS. How could a primarily plena song not be overshadowed by reggaeton bangers like ‘VOY A LLeVARTE PA PR’ and ‘NUEVAYoL’? And yet, its lyrics – a nostalgic reflection on the passage of time and the importance of living every moment to the fullest – made everyone fall in love with ‘DtMF’. What makes ‘DtMF’ a truly special song is also that it manages to be many different things at once. It is incredibly happy yet heartbreaking. It is universal yet super specific. It is for everyone, yet it is first and foremost for Boricuas.

3. ‘El Apagón’

Bad Bunny - El Apagón - Aquí Vive Gente (Video Oficial) | Un Verano Sin Ti

(Un Verano Sin Ti, 2022)

‘El Apagón’ is just another example of how Bad Bunny songs can be many things at the same time. In one of his most political tracks to date, El Conejo sings about displacement due to gentrification and Hurricane Maria’s long-term impacts on Puerto Rico – but also about Puerto Rican resilience and his love for La Isla. The song production is also wildly entertaining, thanks to its unique mix of bomba and EDM.

2. ‘Solo de Mí’

BAD BUNNY - SOLO DE MÍ | X100PRE (Video Oficial)

(X 100PRE, 2018)

If you think Travis Scott or Drake are the best artists ever at beat switches, think again. From ‘La Romana’ to ‘El Apagón’, Bad Bunny has plenty of iconic beat switches in his catalogues. And yet, none of them is as iconic as the ‘Solo de Mi’ one. The song is an introspective reflection on the end of a toxic relationship, in which the beat change is used as a clever storytelling device. The song starts with a soft dancehall beat, to then move abruptly into an aggressive reggaeton beat towards the end. This beat change mirrors El Conejo’s change in feelings we hear in the lyrics: from mournful resentment to scornful defiance.

1. ‘Safaera’ ft Jowell & Randy, and Ñengo Flow

BAD BUNNY x JOWELL & RANDY x ÑENGO FLOW - SAFAERA | YHLQMDLG [Visualizer]

(YHLQMDLG, 2020)

Regarded by some as one of the best albums of el géneroYHLQMDLG is a love letter to the glory days of reggaeton, with one 00s-inspired perreo after the other. So, if you love reggaeton, chances are YHLQMDLG is your favourite Bad Bunny album – and ‘Safaera’ is your favourite Bad Bunny song. Dubbed by some as ‘the Bohemian Rhapsody of reggaeton’, the song is a true journey through the history of el género. In the last song on our list, El Conejo and reggaeton veterans Jowell & Randy and Ñengo Flow take us on a wild ride full of beat switches, iconic samples, and some of the raunchiest lyrics ever written. Who could ask for more?
