With so many rock and metal tours hitting the UK between now and festival season, Metal Blogger Dan Hudson rounds up some of the best to get tickets for now.
Head to Ticketmaster.co.uk/metalguide to book tickets, plus see the latest dates from Slayer, Motorhead, Marilyn Manson, Every Time I Die, Deftones and more.
Megadeth and Lamb of God – November
An absolute monster of a metal tour, featuring the incredible drummer Chris Adler doing the superhuman act of pounding the skins for both co-headliners Lamb of God and Megadeth. Support comes from Children of Bodom and Slylosis. If you like your metal heavy, this tour is for you.
PVRIS – April 2016
Arguably THE success story of 2015, plenty of these shows have already sold out, upgraded venue or have limited tickets left. By the time this Massachusetts three piece have finished opening for Bring Me The Horizon in a couple of weeks, we predict they’ll all be gone.
Mötley Crüe and Alice Cooper – November
The final ever UK date from the legendary metal group, featuring THE BEST drum solo of all time. After witnessing this in Birmingham this week, I can never watch another drum solo again.

Enter Shikari – February 2016
After years of playing the toilet circuit and medium sized venues, one of the most exciting and relevant British bands of recent years finally, FINALLY, progress to the massive arenas they will no doubt make their own. Get there early for The Wonder Years, who have also just released a landmark album.
Fidlar – November
The biggest UK tour to date for the LA Punks whose new album, Too, is a highlight of the year for those who need scuzzy, surf rock in their lives.
Skindred – November
One of the best live bands in the UK don’t miss your chance to witness the Newport Helicopter for yourself!
Slipknot – February 2016
After releasing their return-to-form .5: The Gray Chapter, touring with their brothers in Korn and completely slaying Donington Park for a second time this summer, the 18-legged monster returns, now with an extra date at London’s historic Alexandra Palace.
