Interview: Royal Republic on breaking the UK
The Swedish rockers return to the UK for headline shows in October 2019.
With their fourth studio-album Club Majesty under their belt, Swedish rock four-piece Royal Republic are set to return to the UK in October 2019.
Their headline dates kick off in Norwich on 18 October, running through until 31 October 2019 at London’s Electric Ballroom.
The dates follow the band’s appearance on the main stage at Download Festival, before which vocalist and guitarist Adam Grahn and fellow guitarist Hannes Irengård opened up about breaking into the UK and their forthcoming live shows. Watch the interview in full above.
Club Majesty follows the release of Royal Republic’s Weekend Man in 2016, 2012’s Save The Nation and their 2010 debut We Are The Royal.
Forming in 2007 in Malmö, the band have fast built a reputation for their upbeat and fun live show, backed-up by a catalogue of guitar driven rock and roll tracks.
The band, completed by bassist Jonas Almén and drummer Per Andreasson, return to the UK with new material to their name on the following dates:
