Rebecca Ferguson announces intimate charity show
Rebecca Ferguson will perform at London’s St. John at Hackney to raise funds for the Dylan Foundation.
“Myself and my team are looking forward to the show and it’s great to be supporting charity through my music,” singer Rebecca Ferguson says of her recently announced intimate London show.
The gig forms part of the Sound Pick Series, which places artists in intimate environments for immersive performances. Each show will feature an established artists and emerging talent.
Funds raised from the show, taking place on the 24 March 2017, will go to the newly established Dylan Foundation which donates money to Centrepoint, EACH, Nordoff Robbins and Suffolk based Focus12.
Centrepoint is a charity with hostels in London, Bradford and Sunderland, and partnerships all over the UK. EACH supports families and care for children and young people with life-threatening conditions. Nordoff Robbins is the leading independent music therapy charity in the UK, dedicated to changing the lives of vulnerable and isolated people. Focus12 is an independent charity providing drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
Rebecca Ferguson first arrived on the scene as the runner up in the seventh series of X Factor UK. Her stunning vocal performances saw her sign to Syco Music and Epic Records in the UK, and the Columbia Records roster in the US.
