Nickelback have announced UK tour dates
They be joined on the road for Seether.
Multi-platinum selling chart-toppers Nickelback have announced UK dates as part of their massive 2018 European tour.
They’ll be launching their Feed The Machine with a show in Glasgow on the 3 May 2018, before hitting arenas across the UK including a headline performance at London’s O2.
The dates follow the band’s 45 city tour of North America, playing to more than 600,000 fans. They’ll be celebrating the release of their ninth album, Feed The Machine, which has been heralded as their most energised music since their Silver Side Up breakthrough.
“We can’t wait to get back and play for all the amazing people of Europe,” Nickelback vocalist Chad Kroeger announces. “The shows are always some of our most memorable and the energy that our European friends bring every night is positively infectious. This is, by far and away, our biggest and best production to date; and we’re ready for one hell of a party.”
The band have also announced that they’ll be bringing along fellow rock outfit Seether.
“We want to thank the guys from Nickelback for taking us out on tour with them again,” Seether’s Shaun Morgan says. “Each time we have had the privilege in the past, we have had great times both on stage and off. We’re really excited to and grateful for this opportunity to support them in the UK and Europe and I’m sure this will be another great tour for everyone involved.”
Nickelback formed in 1995 in Alberta, Canada, becoming one of the most commercially successful acts of the last two decades. They’ve sold more than 50 million units, with smash hit song How You Remind Me named as Billboard’s Top Rock Song of the Decade.
The band’s All The Right Reasons album has been Diamond Certified, one of only a handful to accomplish this. They have nine Grammy Award nominations to their name, as well as three American Music Awards, a World Music Award, twelve JUNO Awards and more.
