Michael Starring Ben, the UK’s foremost Michael Jackson tribute show, is coming to the London Palladium for a huge one-off performance on Saturday 6 April 2019.

Commemorating the passing of the pop icon ten years ago, Michael Starring Ben sees performer Ben Bowman celebrate the life and music of the King of Pop. Bowman is renowned for his depiction of Michael Jackson, mastering his look, style, sound and his jaw-dropping routines.

“I’ve spent so many years working towards this moment, to be able to bring Michael Starring Ben into London’s West End – and more than that, to the incredible theatre that is the London Palladiumis beyond my dreams,” Ben says.

“When I think of all the massive stars who have performed there over the years, I cannot wait to celebrate the music of my hero Michael Jackson on that famous stage.

“I feel so honoured to have been able to use my talent here on earth to channel Michael’s legacy and I will do it for as long as I possibly can in homage to him making me the person I am today.”

Having made its mark across the globe, the London Palladium performance joins the previously announced UK tour, coming to over 40 theatres across the country.

“I was always enchanted by how people reacted to Michael, the way they screamed and became hysterical,” Ben concludes. “I love that we, as a team, are able to provoke that kind of reaction from a crowd. I love the screaming crying girls! They’re my favourite!”
