McBusted: Our ultimate McFly and Busted playlist
On Friday morning McBusted’s – the newly formed boy band super-group – UK tour went on sale and the demand was phenomenal.
As a result, further dates have been added to the tour, including two extra nights at The 02, London and four extra shows in May. Tickets for the tour are available here.
The two bands – Mc Fly and Busted – first emerged in the early part of the noughties and flooded the charts with their catchy guitar-pop hits.
Between them they managed to sell 15 million records worldwide, racked up 14 number ones and 27 top ten singles.
Come 2005 Busted had parted ways, with lead singer Charlie Simpson leaving to form Fightstar, but in September Matt and James joined McFly as special guests during the band’s four 10th anniversary shows at the Royal Albert Hall.
Following on from their collaboration, the two bands – minus Charlie Simpson – have announced that they’re to join forces again for a 21-date tour under the moniker McBusted.
