Hear’Say and Liberty X team up for 2027 UK arena tour
Hear’Say and Liberty X, the stars of the TV talent show Popstars, are uniting for a 13-date UK arena tour next year. Performing together for the first time in 2027, the two groups will celebrate 25 years since their formation with a setlist full of their biggest and best hits.
Twenty-five years ago,Hear’Say and Liberty Xbecame the winners and runners-up of the groundbreaking Popstars on ITV, paving the way for the next generation of TV music stars including One Direction, Little Mix, Girls Aloud and JLS. Now, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their formation,Hear’Say x Liberty X will embark on their Popstars: The Originals tour, playing arenas across the country.
Hear’Say x Liberty X will kick off the Popstars: The Originals tour in Dublin at 3arena on Saturday 17April 2027. They’ll go on to visit Belfast, Bournemouth, Nottingham, Brighton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, London and Manchester, before concluding the tour in Liverpool, M&S Bank Arena on Sunday 9 May 2027. Hear’Say reunite with four of their original members: Danny Foster, Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw and Noel Sullivan. Becoming instant household names after winning Popstars, the group hit no.1 in the charts with ‘Pure and Simple’ and follow-up, ‘The Way To Your Love’. Their debut album, also titled ‘Popstars’, reached triple-Platinum status.

Liberty X return with their entire original line-up: Michelle Heaton, Jessica Taylor, Tony Lundon, Kevin Simm and Kelli Young. After becoming runners-up on Popstars, their biggest hit, ‘Just A Little’, went straight to No.1, landing a place in the UK’s top ten biggest selling hits of 2002. Among their other top ten hits are singles ‘Thinking It Over’, ‘Got To Have Your Love’ and ‘Being Nobody’. Their debut album ‘Thinking It Over’ was certified double-Platinum. They reunited for the ITV all-star series ‘The Big Reunion’ in 2013.
