It’s the news that made our weekend significantly brighter, as Coldplay confirmed details of a 2016 UK stadium tour.

The British rockers will play Manchester Etihad Stadium, Glasgow Hampden Park and London Wembley Stadium next June. Expect huuuge things.

1. Open your account and log in now

Get all the details out of the way before tickets go on sale by logging in and checking your Ticketmaster account ahead of time (don’t wait!). We recommend checking passwords, delivery address and billing information now, to reduce any stress when processing your order later on. Head to Ticketmaster.co.uk and log in to your account to get started.

2. Don’t refresh your screen

Stick to one window when you’re being pushed through the virtual queue and always resist the urge to refresh. Hitting the refresh button means you’ll lose your place in the queue and, as frustrating as it can get, patience is the only way to win this game.

Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen is actually doing something and will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.

3. Check when tickets are available

Keep up-to-date with news at Twitter.com/TicketmasterUK and Facebook.com/TicketmasterUK. If anything changes with Coldplay tickets, our social followers will be the first to know about it.

We send real time updates as the general sales happens, including any technical difficulties that might occur and alerts on when new tickets come available.

4. Remember the presale

A Head Full Of Dreams is out on the 4 December and we have an exclusive offer! Pre-order the album here by 23:59 GMT on Monday 23 November 2015 and you’ll receive a passcode giving you access to a 24-hour presale window for the chance to buy up to four (4) tickets to one of Coldplay’s 2016 UK dates at 9:30 on 26 November, before they go on sale to the general public.

Please note that the passcode does not guarantee you a ticket. For full details of how to claim, when you’ll receive your passcode, details of the presale window and other important information, please see the Terms & Conditions in the link above.

5. Set an alarm reminder
