Iconic rock magazine Kerrang! have announced the return of Australian metalcore giants The Amity Affliction to the UK as exclusive headliners of the Kerrang! Tour 2017.

The multi platinum-certified band have established themselves as a leading force in the heavy music world over their five-album career. Their cathartic most recent album This Could Be Heartbreak as well as incendiary sets at Slam Dunk and Download in the UK were only the start of a huge year for The Amity Affliction. On top of multiple sold-out headline tours, they can’t wait to get back to play for their UK fans on the Kerrang! Tour 2017.

Joining The Amity Affliction on tour will be Blackpool five-piece Boston Manor, who released their debut album Be Nothing in 2016 to widespread acclaim. Boston Manor’s modern-day emotive punk anthems strike a chord wherever the road takes them, from Warped Tour to Slam Dunk via Reading & Leeds Festivals.

Also on the bill are rapidly-rising Scottish rock outfit Vukovi and Welsh hardcore punk band Casey.

Kerrang! Editor James McMahon says, “Winter is coming, as they say in Westeros. But what they don’t have up there on The Wall is the Kerrang! Tour to heat things up, and 2017’s line-up – coming to you at the end of the year, rather than the beginning – is a veritable inferno of talent to warm the cockles. See you in the pit!”

Here are those tour dates:

05 December – O2 Institute, Birmingham
06 December – Beckett University, Leeds
07 December – O2 ABC, Glasgow
08 December – O2 Ritz, Manchester
09 December – Newcastle Uni
12 December – Cardiff University Y Plas, Cardiff
13 December – O2 Forum Kentish Town, London

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday 30 August at 10:00 via Ticketmaster.co.uk.
