Alice Cooper confirms new tour dates
The hard rock pioneer comes to the UK in October.
Alice Cooper will bring the Ol’ Black Eyes Is Back tour to the UK later this year.
The newly announced tour kicks off in Manchester on the 4 October 2019, before heading to Aberdeen, Leeds, Brighton, London, Birmingham and Cardiff.
The Stranglers and Wayne Kramer’s MC50 will open for the iconic rocker.
The shows mark 50 years since the release of Alice’s debut album Pretties For You.
During his five-decades-long career, Alice Cooper has released 27 studio albums and 48 singles. Some of Alice’s most-well known tracks include Under My Wheels, Schools Out, Poison, Billion Dollar Babies and No More Mr Nice Guy.
Showing no sign of slowing down, the rocker released his most recent record Paranormal in 2017. The record features guest appearances from the likes of ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons, U2 drummer Larry Mullen and Deep Purple bassist Roger Glover.
Alice is well known for his pioneering theatrical live performances that are full of shock, dark humour and guillotines.
In 2011, Alice – alongside his band – were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
The Detroit raised Cooper is currently working on new music, with an anticipated release date of mid-2019.
