Alessia Cara has bagged a spot in Spotify’s Year in Music 2015 list.
The Canadian singer and songwriter was responsible for the top viral track in the US with Here, according to Spotify’s Year in Music.

According to Spotify, the top five viral tracks in the US for 2015:
1. Here – Alessia Cara
2. Hotline Bling – Drake
3. Sugar (feat. Francesco Yates) – Robin Schulz
4. Ex’s & Oh’s – Elle King
5. Sunday Candy – Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment (tied for 4th place)
Alessia Cara has also been enrolled into DIY’s Class of 2016, alongside the likes of Creeper, Rat Boy, VANT and Black Honey.
