Australia’s most successful comedy performer, Carl Barron, will be bringing his new stand up show Drinking with a Fork to London’s Hammersmith Apollo in 2018.
Barron has made a name for himself with a unique blend of observational humour and physical comedy, delighting people across the globe. Carl delves deep into his own life to find comedy gold, having grown up in Longreach, Queensland, as the son of a sheep farmer from the outback. Carl Barron worked as a roof-tiler for 13 years before moving into Comedy.
He was rated as the most popular comedian from Australia in 2016, and as the third most popular comedian worldwide. Carl remains the highest selling stand-up comedian on DVD in Australian retail history, with his last tour selling over 300,000 tickets in his native country.
Making only occasional trips to the UK, Carl Barron offers a night of many laughs come the 3 March 2018. He’ll be giving established fans the opportunity to experience his charismatic stand up performance, as well as opening the doors wide open for new audiences.
Fans will be able to grab tickets early through a Ticketmaster presale from 10:00 on Thursday 7 September 2017.
