Minimaster visits We’re Going A Bear Hunt rehearsals
The live adaptation of the prize winning book is running now at London's Lyric Theatre.
We’re Going On A Bear Hunt, a live stage adaptation of Michael Rosen’s picture book (illustrated by Helen Oxenbury), is now running at London’s Lyric Theatre in the West End until the 2 September 2018.
We sent Minimaster Harry to the rehearsal space in Bristol to meet the cast and crew leading the tale, as well as one very special surprise guest.
Rosen’s prize winning tale is brought to life by director Sally Cookson, with a score by Benji Bower.
The live show takes audiences to the swishy swashy grass, the splishy splashy river, and the thick oozy, squelchy mud-fight, which Minimaster Harry gets a sneak preview of on his visit.
The show has received rave reviews for its production, writing and adventure. Sky Arts have named it “the best family show” they’ve seen.
We’re Going On A Bear Hunt is suitable for children aged three and above, with a running time of approximately 55 minutes.
