London’s immersive theatrical and dining experience created by ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus, Mamma Mia! The Party, has extended until Sunday 28 March 2021.

Visitors to the experience are immersed in a Greek taverna set on the island of Skopelos, where across four hours they witness a show, enjoy a four-course Mediterranean meal and take part in an ABBA disco.

The upbeat story follows Nikos and Kate, owners of the restaurant, who run it with help of family and friends, and unfolds around the diners as they enjoy a gourmet Greek meal.

The experience draws inspiration from the Mamma Mia! musical and film series. Many of the exterior shots for the first film were captured on the island of Skopelos.

The musical, film and immersive experience are based on the songs of ABBA, the Swedish four-piece who launched into the pop world in the mid ’70s.
