The full cast for Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead at London’s The Old Vic has been confirmed.
The latest additions join the already confirmed Daniel Radcliffe and Joshua Maguire as title characters Rosencrantz and Guildenstern respectively.
The production will also see David Haig plays The Player, having appeared in Blue/Orange, Guys & Dolls and Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me, among others.
Spinning out of Hamlet, the production follows two otherwise minor characters as they are forced into the spotlight. The comedy takes place as the titular characters attempt to make sense of their role in the wider production, which occasionally infiltrates this play.
The newly announced cast will also include Hermeilio Miguel Aquino as Courtier, Louisa Beadel as a Player, William Chubb as Polonius, Josie Dunn as a Player, Matthew Durkan as a Player, Wil Johnson as Claudius, Luke Mullins as Hamlet, Theo Ogundipe as Horatio, Marianne Oldham as Gertrude, Evlyne Oyedokun as a Player, Alex Sawyer as a Player, Helena Wilson as Ophelia, and Tim van Eyken as Laertes/Player.
Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead previews from Saturday 25 February until 6 March 2017, then scheduled to run until Saturday 29 April 2017.
