Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new musical adaptation of Cinderella is set to open in the West End later this year.
The production will run at The Gillian Lynne Theatre, London on Wednesday 29 October 2020, with ticket information to be announced soon.

The forthcoming musical is set to star Carrie Hope Fletcher in the lead role of Cinderella.
Currently playing Fantine in Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre, Fletcher’s theatre credits also include Heathers at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, The Addams Family on tour, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on tour, and Mary Poppins at the Prince Edward Theatre.
Alongside acting, Fletcher also hosts a hugely popular YouTube channel and has authored five novels.
The forthcoming production is a brand new take on the classic fairy tale based on an original idea by Emerald Fennell, the Emmy Award-nominated lead scriptwriter on the second season of the smash-hit television series Killing Eve.
Cinderella features lyrics by David Zippel, who has received multiple awards for his work on the Broadway production of City Of Angels, The Goodbye Girl, The Woman In White, and Liza At The Palace. Zippel has also received two Oscar nominations for his work on the Disney films Hercules and Mulan.
The production will be directed by Laurence Connor (Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, School Of Rock, Les Misérables), with choreography from JoAnn Hunter (School of Rock, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat).
