This Wicked romance will make your day, as flying monkey proposes
It’s the proposal that has melted the hearts of some of theatre’s fiercest characters, as Broadway’s Wicked saw a one-of-a-kind proposal this winter.
Josh Daniel Green, who plays a flying monkey in Wicked on Broadway, was surprised when his boyfriend, Daniel Robinson proposed after curtain call on Christmas Day at Gershwin Theatre.

“It’s official. He said yes!” Robinson wrote on Instagram, “@joshdgreen and I were engaged on the Gershwin theatre stage on 12/25/15. I’m marrying my best friend! Thanks to the WICKED family and the GREEN family () for all your help, love and support.”
