Described by The Guardian as breathtaking, moving and harrowing, Seven Worlds, One Planet has become BBC One’s most-watched factual TV show of the year. The series, narrated by Sir David Attenborough, first aired on 27 October 2019, highlighting the diversity across the globe’s seven continents.

The series took 1,500 people over four years to make, shooting across 41 countries.

Featuring the original song Out There by Sia, the live concert will pair some of the most spectacular scenes from the series with a live performance by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. Clips from the series will be projected on a giant 4K Ultra HD LED screen.

The music for the series and the live show has been composed by film score composers Jacob Shea and Hans Zimmer, who won the Academy Award for his work on Disney’s The Lion King film back in 1995, and has worked on the likes of GladiatorInception and The Dark Knight.

The UK premiere live concert performance of Seven Worlds, One Planet will take place at London’s The O2 on Sunday 5 December 2021.
