Elf The Musical will be returning to London’s West End this Christmas
Christmas may seem a while away, but seats for this limited run are likely to sell fast
Buddy the Elf is set to stumble his way onto West End stages again this Christmas, with a new run of Elf The Musical just announced at the Dominion Theatre. The Christmas comedy will play from 14 November – 7 January, with tickets on sale now.
Based on the modern Christmas classic Elf, which was released in 2003 and starred Will Ferrell, Elf The Musical tells the story of Buddy, a human raised by elves after he mistakenly crawled into Santa’s sack as a baby. Now Buddy is on a mission in New York to find his father and to learn how to live in the real world.
Elf The Musical first hit the West End in 2015 and starred Ben Forster as Buddy and Kimberley Walsh as Jovie. This newest production will be directed by Philip Wm. McKinley and features a brand-new creative team, with a book by Tony Award winners Thomas and Bob Martin and songs by Tony Award nominees Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin.
