Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn to face off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this November

The family rivalry continues this autumn as the two boxing legacies meet in the ring once again

Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn prepare for their highly anticipated re-match this autumn, as the two meet in the ring for the second time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The two will face off once again on Saturday 15 November, adding yet another chapter to a family rivalry that began 35 years ago.

Chris Eubank Snr and Nigel Benn fought twice in the early 1990s, competing for the World Middleweight and Super-Middleweight titles. The first meeting between their sons was long-awaited, and in April this year Eubank Jr scored a points decision after a hard-fought 12 rounds, before a sold-out crowd of 70,000.

‘The Ring: Unfinished Business’ will take place during an international break of the Premier League season, and will no doubt see Benn aiming to even the score in what promoter Eddie Hearn has promised will be “the 13th round…”.

A tense and fractious press conference saw both men square off ahead of the fight. No eggs were thrown this time around, but a few choice insults did the trick instead (Eubank on Benn: “It was the first time I saw a fighter lose and go on a victory tour”, Benn on Eubank: “you can’t polish a turd”). Expect real fireworks come 15 November.
