Ticketmaster launches Raver Saver scheme for summer festivals

Reckon you’re the biggest raver in the UK?

Ticketmaster has today announced a Raver Saver scheme for the upcoming summer festival season.

By using a wearable activity monitor, any fan that purchases a wristband with a festival ticket on the Ticketmaster site, and wears it for the duration of the event, will have their raving activity measured by Ticketmaster.

The greater the activity levels captured, the more the fan will save on their festival ticket for the 2016 event.

For example, raving with your hands in the air like you just don’t care to a headline slot for 1.5 hours would save a fan £5 on next year’s festival.

Commenting on the initiative, Andrew Parsons, MD of Ticketmaster UK said: “As an old school raver myself, it’s really great to see such an initiative being offered to the current generation of party people.”

Fans will be required to register for their wearable activity monitor through the Ticketmaster app on iOs and Android.

Any keen festival goer would be a fool to miss out!
