Australian country trio The Buckleys have announced a UK stop on their virtual world tour, set to be streamed on our Facebook page at 18:00 BST on Thursday 4 June 2020.

The band comprises siblings Sarah Grace, Molly and Lachlan, who hit the No.1 spot in their native Australia with debut single Daydream.

Their sound described as “hippie country”, the trio dropped their latest track Breathe in May – following their first internationally released single Money earlier this year.

Accompanied by an animated lyric video, the track blends together a pop melody with their country roots – ones which have seen them perform to tastemakers in the United States’ spiritual home of the genre, Nashville.

The Buckleys - Breathe (Lyric Video)

Breathe is our musical prayer to the world,” Sarah Grace says of the track. “I wrote this last year at the time when our country was experiencing horrific bushfires. It’s a message of strength, vulnerability, hurt, hope and moving forward.

“I find myself remembering these lyrics in moments where I just need to stop, close my eyes, listen to the sounds of world around me and just breathe.”

Celebrating the release of the single, as well as a 30 minute documentary introducing the trio to the world, The Buckleys will be streaming a live performance on Facebook on Thursday 4 June 2020.

Visit Ticketmaster’s Facebook at 18:00 BST on Thursday 4 June 2020 to watch The Buckleys perform live.
