T in the Park to move to new site in 2015
Scotland’s largest festival is set to move from Balado Airfields to a new site at Strathallan Castle in Perhshire next year.
T in the Park, which this year takes place on 11 – 13 July 2014, has been held at the Balado Airfield since 1997.
The new site is 18 miles from its current location, and the move is due to concerns over an underground oil pipe at the Balado Airfields site.
This year T in the Park will be headlined by Biffy Clyro (Friday), Calvin Harris (Saturday) and Arctic Monkeys, who will close the festival on Sunday.
Also set to appear are Ed Sheeran, Paolo Nutini, Jake Bugg, Disclosure, Bastille and Elbow. T
